Description:
There are 1 bedroom with double bed (140*190), living room with folding sofa bed (140*190), bathroom and mini-kitchen in this apartment. There is an exit to the terrace from bedroom and living room. The terrace is on the shadow side of the apartment, so it is never too hot in the apartment and it is always a pleasure to drink a cold wine or tasty coffee just made in a coffee-machine.

There is a view from the terrace to mountains and city. To the right there is also a small part of La Cala de Finestrat beach that is located within 700m from the apartment. Within 2 km from the apartment there are also other beaches such as Playa de Poniente (Benidorm), Playa de Levante (4km) and Playa de Centro (Villajoyosa 4 km). Within walking distance there are bars, coffee-houses, restaurants, supermarkets Baltika, Consum.

Within 1,8 km from the apartment there are shopping center La Marina, hypermarket Carrefour, supermarkets Mercadona and Lidl.

The apartment is fully equipped with TV, WI-FI, coffee machine, washing machine, dish washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, stove with oven, hair dryer, all accessories for cooking and cleaning.  There is a bathtub in bathroom.

Check-in time is from 4 p.m. and Check-out  is before 11 a.m.

Private covered parking for 1 car is located on lower floors and is included into the price.  There are also public parking places close to the building.
On the public territory there are 2 swimming pools, 1 children pool, 2 tennis courts, 2 playgrounds, ping-pong room. Keys for tennis courts and ping-pong room are on the key ring.
Airport transfer from/to Alicante airport can be booked by phone or email.

Price: 50 eur (1-4 pax); 69 eur (5-7 pax)

Final cleaning — 60 eur, should be paid separately in cash or by credit card at check-in (if not included in the price. See your agreement).
250 EUR deposit should be blocked on credit card at check-in and will be refunded to the clients at check-out after checking the apartment.
Baby cot is included in the price.

Non-smoking apartment! Smoking is allowed only outside the property. For smoking smell in apartment we’ll charge 200 eur

Pets are strongly prohibited. Additional fee for cleaning after pets 400 eur.

No parties/events. Penalty 200 eur.

Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 08:00

The closest coffee-house and bar Cano: 100 m (across the street from the apartment).
Market (Tuesday, Saturday): 300 m (down on the first street to the right on the roundabout)
The closest beach La Cala: 700 m (down on street across the street)
Small supermarket: 600 m (Baltica is located on avenida Rosa del Vents – to the left on the roundabout and then, near the big monument go down to the sea)
Hypermarket Carrefour: 1,8 km
Shopping mall La Marina: 2 km (near Carrefour)
Supermarkets: Baltika – 600 m, Consum – 800m, Mercadona and Lidl: 2 km (near Carrefour)
Gas station: 1 km (on the way to Carrefour)

Keys: Two key rings (entrance to the building and entrance to the apartment) and the parking key are given to the clients. Giving these keys to people not living in the apartment is strongly prohibited. In case keys are lost fee is 100 EUR.

Using of electric devices: In order not to damage of household appliances we recommend you to read manuals before using them. All needed manuals are in the lower drawer of the cupboard in the kitchen.

Features of dish washing machine: For long time of use and for less damage of tablewear we kindly ask you to use for dishwashing machine ONLY LIQUID DISHWASHING DETERGENT! Using dishwashing powder or dishwashing tabs is strongly prohibited! 

Features of washing machine: All washing programs with time period and washing temperature are listed and described in the manual (manual is in the lower drawer of the cupboard in the kitchen) Door of the washing machine can be opened ONLY AFTER sign “lock” is green.

Features of coffee-machine:  For coffee-machine Nespresso capsules are the tastiest ones in our opinion.

Tap Water:  Tap water in Spain is not drinkable, so we recommend you to use for kettle and coffee-machine only bottled or filtered water. Water filter is at guests` disposal and still water Nestle (the tastiest one in our opinion) is only 1 EUR  per  5 litre bottle.

Damage: Guests are responsible for all furniture and home appliances. In case of any damages, damage cost will be compensated from deposit payment.

Kitchen Knives should be washed and dried right after using.  Sharpener is in the knife support.
Tips for using knife sharpener:
 Sofa bed Opening: Pull the upper part and fold out the sofa.

Garbage tanks are in front of the main entrance to the building.
